The knife skills class is geared toward home cooks. If you feel like you don't know how to properly use a knife, this class can help you by teaching you basic knife techniques.
Remember that scene in the movie Julie and Julia where Julia Child was chopping what looked like a mountain of onion? Well we're not going to do that here. There's no way she could have put all those onions to use!
I don't show you knife skills for the sake of knife skills. You will actually have a useable meal or snack when you get finished with each lesson! In the course we will focus on making two different things: fruit salad and a mason jar salad that you can take to work or on a picnic.
